Tony Briglio ~ Chef and Grillmaster
I’m a native New Yorker - from Brooklyn - and an Italian that was born to love food! When I was a young boy, I enjoyed eating and cooking with the family - especially Italian food and sauces. As I grew older, I found myself barbecuing for family and friends. I discovered my love for BBQ - not just the amazing flavor and tenderness - but the smile and the look on others' faces when they take that first bite!
What puts a smile on my face? To see another person enjoy the wonderful foods and sides that I put together. Today, as a proud owner of Roadside BBQ, I enjoy catering for parties, weddings, and all kinds of different events.
