SERVICE & STAFFING

Roadside BBQ provides: Buffet setup, Tables, Tent, Chafing pans, Serving utensils

Arrival and setup times will be coordinated directly between Roadside BBQ and the customer based on the event schedule, ceremony timing, and venue requirements. Service includes approximately one hour of buffet service unless otherwise arranged. We clean up our own catering equipment and remove our own trash at the end of service.

SERVICE TIME POLICY

Roadside BBQ service times are based on the selected catering package and event schedule provided prior to the event.

STANDARD SERVICE TIMES

Appetizer + Dinner Service

Events that include both appetizer service and dinner service include up to 4 hours of on-site service time, including setup, serving, and breakdown

Dinner Service Only

Dinner-only catering includes up to 3 hours of on-site service time, including setup, serving, and breakdown

Additional Service Time

Additional service time beyond the included hours will be billed accordingly based on number of servers required, type of service requested, length of extended service. Extended service rates will be discussed and approved prior to the event when possible

SERVER PRICING

Servers are $175 each

Recommended Staffing

50–99 guests → 2 servers

100–125 guests → 3 servers

125+ guests → 4 servers

Staffing may vary depending on menu complexity and event size.

BUFFET DROP-OFF SERVICE

For buffet-style drop-off catering, Roadside BBQ provides: Chafing trays, Heating fuel, Serving utensils, Full buffet setup

We will fully set up the buffet prior to serving time so everything is hot, organized, and ready to eat

The only thing your guests need to do is remove the lids and enjoy!

Chafing Tray Setup $25 per tray

Includes: Tray setup One heating fuel pack

Additional heating fuel $10 each

Customers keep the warming trays and heating setup after service

PAPER PRODUCTS

Roadside BBQ does not provide: Plates, Napkins, Plasticware (unless requested)

If needed: $2 per person

TRAVEL FEES

Delivery & Travel $4 per mile

Travel is calculated from Point A to Point B

CLEANUP SERVICES

Cleanup services are available upon request

Services may include: Buffet breakdown, Trash removal, Table cleanup, Serving area cleanup

BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICIES

Deposits

A non-refundable 10% deposit is required to reserve your event date. Once deposit is received, your date is removed from availability and reserved exclusively for your event

Guest Count Policy

Final guest count and menu changes must be submitted no later than 14 days prior to event. After that time, guest counts are locked in and cannot be reduced

Final Payment

Final balance is due during the week of the event unless otherwise arranged
